Huawei Honor 6

Continuing the slew of announcements and presentations of new devices that is coloring these summer weeks Huawei also makes its voice heard, expanding its lineup of electronic devices with a new smartphone.

The Chinese electronics manufacturer has just lifted the veil from the one that looks like its new flagship, the Huawei Honor 6, a device that does not seem to have anything to envy to the current top of the range of competitors and of which the company seems very proud.

Huawei Honor 6
The Honor 6 falls into the same weight category of the Huawei Ascend P7, P6 Ascend successor of the well-known coupling in Italy not long ago; however, takes a different direction, aiming as high as technical features in an attempt to counteract the onset of the various Samsung Galaxy S5 and LG G3.

The Honor 6 does not follow recent trends pointing toward a Quad HD display. But there is not really much to say about the choice of a Full HD display that will surely be of help in ensuring a good battery life.
The smartphone is equipped with a chip Kirin 920, owned by Huawei, which includes an octa-core processor with four cores and four-core Cortex-A15 Cortex-A7, accompanied by a GPU Mali-T628 and a modem that supports LTE speed up to 300Mbps. According to the company the chip is perfectly capable of defeating the Snapdragon 805.

Other specs include 3GB of RAM, 16GB or 32GB of internal memory, 13-megapixel camera and 5-megapixel front and Android 4.4.3. For the moment there is no information on price and launch date.
